Client refers to any person(s), purchasing and/or participating, in any capacity, in the hunting safari represented here. The client must carefully read the Terms and Conditions, and is advised to do the same of all documentation from Errol Lambrechts Safaris, Zingela Safaris or Tinashe Outfitters. Tinashe Outfitters reserves the right, if and when so deemed advisable to cancel a hunting safari when events or circumstances deem this course of action to be necessary for whatever reason, which may include but is not limited to the Clients; misconduct and/or failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions set forth here, or any action which causes a danger to himself (the Client) or others. Additionally, Tinashe Outfitters cannot be held responsible for game law violations by the Client. The law permits each hunter a maximum of two trophies per game species.
The safari reservation cannot be held until Zingela Safaris or Tinashe has received the Clients' payment for the total daily rate of the safari, which will be applied to the cost of the safari.
The trophy fee and any other cost is payable at the end of the safari. All payments must be made in US currency and no personal cheques will be accepted.
As soon as a deposit has been paid to secure your safari, we will need the following information via e-mail.
A copy of your passport.
A client contract form (This will be e-mailed to you).
Upon receiving this information, Tinashe will send you an` Invitation to Hunt` letter which is needed at the airport to import your rifle(s) to South Africa.
The deposit will not be refunded if the safari is cancelled within 3 months or less prior to commencement of the safari.
Refunds, due to cancellation, will only be given on the amount in excess of the non-refundable deposit before the refund deadline, thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of the safari, after which time no refund will be made on any part of the amount received. Should occurrences, unrelated to Tinashe Outfitters, affect the scheduling of the safari, all attempts will be made to adapt to the circumstances of the Client, but no refund will be given if the safari cannot include the number of days purchased.
Any safari activity is potentially hazardous and it is essential that all lawful direction and advice of the safari operator be followed. Tinashe Outfitters accept no responsibility for death, injury or illness sustained or suffered by any persons before, during or after the safari, or for the loss, theft, or damage to property occurring during a visit to areas under our control whether allegedly due to the neglect of any of our staff or agents or arising from the use of any facility supplied or made available by us.
If the Client desires trip cancellation insurance, which provides protection against financial loss connected with travel arrangements, when there is a cancellation penalty prior to or after
departure, it must be taken independently. Tinashe Outfitters do not provide trip cancellation or any other types of insurance whatsoever on behalf of the Client.
Zingela Safaris strongly recommends medical cover for the clients. We are in partnership with Global Rescue. You may download the applicable document here. Please insure that you have travel insurance.
